Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
ELX Knowledge is operated by ELAXION LLC, a New York limited liability company ("ELX Knowledge," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website (www.elxknowledge.com), the ELX Knowledge channels on YouTube and Rumble, and ELX Review, our own publishing tool that uses YouTube API Services.
If you have questions, email us at elxknowledge@gmail.com.
The short version
- This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking. We don't collect personal information through it.
- When you watch or comment on our videos, you do it on YouTube or Rumble, under their privacy policies, not ours.
- ELX Review is a private tool that signs in only to our own YouTube channel to publish our videos. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's YouTube data.
- We never sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
This website
What we collect: nothing that identifies you. The site has no sign-up, contact form, comments, cookies, local storage, analytics, or advertising, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Hosting: the site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web host, Microsoft's servers process technical information needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, and may keep it briefly in service logs for security and operations. We don't use these logs to identify or track visitors. Microsoft's handling of this information is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Links: the site links to YouTube, Rumble, and other sites. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.
Our channels on YouTube and Rumble
Our videos are hosted by YouTube and Rumble. When you watch, like, subscribe, or comment, those platforms collect and process your information under their own policies:
- YouTube: Google Privacy Policy
- Rumble: Rumble Privacy Policy
As the channel owner, we can see what the platforms show any channel owner: public comments, your public channel name, and summary statistics such as views and watch time. These statistics are aggregated and don't identify individual viewers. We use them only to understand which lessons help people and to make better videos.
We may reply to, pin, hide, or remove comments under our videos to keep the discussion useful and safe.
ELX Review and YouTube API Services
ELX Review uses YouTube API Services. By using ELX Review, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses it: ELX Review is an internal tool used only by ELX Knowledge to manage its own YouTube channel. It is not available to the public, and no one outside ELX Knowledge signs in to it.
What it accesses: when we connect our channel, Google asks us to grant ELX Review access to our YouTube account. With that access, ELX Review:
- uploads our own videos, thumbnails, and captions to our channel;
- sets each video's title, description, tags, and upload settings, and schedules when it becomes public;
- adds our videos to our own playlists;
- posts a comment under our own new videos (for example, a question to start the discussion);
- reads the status of our own videos (for example, whether a scheduled video has become public) and our channel's name and ID, to show them in the tool.
ELX Review does not read, collect, or store information about viewers or any other YouTube user.
What it stores and where: ELX Review runs on our own computer. It stores the sign-in token Google issues for our channel, and the IDs of the videos and playlists it creates, in local files on that computer. It does not send this information to any server we operate, and nothing is shared with third parties. The token is kept only while we use ELX Review to manage the channel, and is deleted when we disconnect.
How long it keeps information: information ELX Review receives from YouTube about our videos, other than their IDs, is kept for no more than 30 days before it is refreshed or deleted. We confirm the sign-in is still valid regularly, and we delete stored YouTube data if it can no longer be refreshed.
Limited Use: ELX Review's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or by disconnecting the channel in ELX Review. When access is revoked, ELX Review stops using the token, and we delete the related stored data within 7 days (and in every case within 30 days of revocation through Google's settings page).
Deleting data: you can ask us to delete any data ELX Review has stored by emailing elxknowledge@gmail.com. We complete deletion within 7 days. Deleting data stored by ELX Review doesn't delete anything on YouTube: videos, comments, and other data on YouTube are managed on YouTube itself.
Third parties and devices: ELX Review doesn't show ads or third-party content, and it doesn't place cookies or similar technology on anyone's device other than the computer it runs on.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply, and we keep it only as long as needed for that conversation and our records. We don't add you to any mailing list.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose information only if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a transfer of the business (for example, if ELX Knowledge moves to another company), in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
Children
Our content is made for adults and older teens studying for careers and certifications. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Because this website doesn't collect personal information, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For anything you've sent us by email, or anything ELX Review has stored, you can ask us to access or delete it at elxknowledge@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. We honor those requests where they apply.
Security
We protect the information we hold with reasonable safeguards: ELX Review's sign-in token is stored only on our own computer, outside any shared or public location, and access to our accounts is protected by strong authentication. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect what we keep and to keep as little as possible.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we'll note it clearly on this page.
